Dental Floss PTFE 50M

Product Details:

Dental Floss PTFE 50M is a thin cord of used to clean food and unwanted plaque between teeth.

Rs. 130/-

Dental floss is a thin, flexible thread designed to clean between teeth and along the gumline where toothbrushes cannot easily reach. Regular flossing helps remove plaque, food particles, and bacteria, reducing the risk of cavities, gum disease, and bad breath.

Types of Dental Floss:

1. Waxed Floss: Coated with wax for smoother gliding between teeth.

2. Unwaxed Floss: Thin and more fibrous; suitable for tighter spaces.

3. Dental Tape: Broader and flatter, ideal for those with wider gaps between teeth.

4. Flavored Floss: Comes with added flavors like mint for a fresher feel.

5. PTFE Floss: Tear-resistant and glides easily between tight spaces.

How to Use Dental Floss

  1. Take about 18-24 inches of floss.

 2. Wrap most of it around your middle fingers, leaving 1-2 inches to work with.

3. Hold the floss taut and gently slide it between your teeth.

4. Curve it into a “C” shape against the tooth and move it up and down.

5. Use a clean section of floss for each tooth.

Flossing once a day is usually recommended by dentists. If you're new to flossing or experience discomfort, consult a dentist to ensure proper technique.
